What data, and what for
Through the contact form we receive your name, e-mail address, the subject you picked and the text of your message. We use them for one thing only — to answer that message. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box when you send it.
How long we keep it
We keep the message for as long as we are dealing with your enquiry, and then for at most one year in case you refer back to it. After that we delete it. If you would like it deleted sooner, just write to us.
Who we pass it to
Nobody. We do not share the data with third parties, we do not use it for marketing, and we do not profile anyone with it.
What the site tracks
Nothing. The site has no analytics, no advertising scripts and no third-party cookies — which is why it has no cookie banner either. There is nothing to consent to. The fonts are stored on this server, so your visit is never announced to any outside domain.
The one exception is the map on the Contact page. It does not load by itself — only when you click it. At that point we fetch it from openstreetmap.org, and that server sees your IP address. Until you click, it learns nothing about your visit.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to withdraw your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by e-mail, without giving a reason. If you believe we are handling your data wrongly, you may contact the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky).
